How does Liyuan Motor prevent the motor from burning?
Burning out of motors is very common in daily life. Correct technical maintenance is an effective measure to prevent the motor from burning. Next, the technical department of Liyuan Motor will briefly introduce some wrong measures to prevent the motor from burning.
Always keep the motor clean
Liyuan motor must always keep the air inlet clean during operation.
Dust, water stains, oil stains and other foreign objects must not be within 3 meters of the air inlet to prevent inhalation of the motor. When these dust, oil and water are sucked into the motor, it will form a short-circuit medium, damage the insulation layer of the wire, cause a short circuit between the windings, increase the current and temperature, and burn the motor. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the motor has sufficient insulation resistance and a good ventilation and cooling environment, so that the motor is in a safe and stable state during long-term operation.
The three-phase current must be balanced
For a three-phase asynchronous motor, in order to ensure the safe and normal operation of the motor, the difference between the average value of one-phase current of the three-phase current and the average value of the other two-phase current shall not exceed 10%.
If the single-phase current value and the average value of the other two-phase current exceed the specified limit, it indicates that the motor is defective. The cause must be found out, and the fault can only continue, otherwise an accident may occur when the motor burns.
