When the motor vibrates, the degree of each axis of the connected device increases, thereby increasing the load of the motor, increasing the current, increasing the temperature, and burning the motor. Therefore, during the operation of the motor, it is necessary to frequently check whether the anchor bolts, motor end covers, bearing accessories, etc. are loose, whether the connecting device is reliable, and problems that occur need to be corrected in time.


Noise and peculiar smell are precursors to abnormal operation and failure of motors. The cause must be discovered in time, investigated and eliminated. Otherwise, the timing of the Sima motor will be delayed, the fault will be enlarged, and the motor will burn out in severe cases.


Ensure the normal operation of the startup device

The technical condition of the motor starting device plays a vital role in the normal starting of the motor. Otherwise, the motor is easily burned before entering the normal working state. Practice has proved that the main reason for the burning of the motor is the starting device.


The maintenance of start-up electrical equipment is mainly cleaning and tightening. Rust and dust accumulate in the iron core of the contactor pull-in coil, which will cause the coil to not close tightly, make a lot of noise, increase the coil current, burn out the coil, and cause malfunctions.


The electrical control device should be placed in a dry, ventilated, and easy-to-use place, and the dust should be removed regularly, the wiring screws should be tightened, the contact of the contactor should be in good and reliable contact, the mechanical part should be precise and accurate, and maintain a good technical condition to ensure a smooth start.
