Three-phase unbalance phenomenon and root cause analysis of MS series three-phase asynchronous motors.
The three-phase resistance is basically balanced, but the three-phase current unbalance exceeds the standard. The reason is that:
1. In each phase winding, there are coils with opposite ends
2. There is an inter-turn short circuit and an inter-phase short circuit fault
3. The inner and outer circles of the iron core are very concentric
The unbalance degree of the three-phase current and the three-phase resistance exceeds the standard. The reasons are as follows:
1. There is a serious short-circuit fault in the curve state
2. The parallel branch line is incorrect or the wiring is incorrect
3. Wrong coil or wrong number of turns
If the three-phase resistance and current exceed the standard, and you insist on using it, the Y series three-phase asynchronous motor will run in a biased phase, which will affect the service life of the motor. In particular, if the motor runs for a short time, the winding will be burned.
