What should I do if the insulation value of the motor is still low after repair?

Motor technicians have discovered that after many motors are repaired and maintained, the insulation resistance of the stator and rotor is very low. One case is improper dipping and drying of the stator and rotor of the generator, and another case is that water enters the generator due to some external reason. And get damp. Generators with class B insulation and above are made of thermosetting materials, and under normal circumstances, the surface layer is damp.

Motor technicians believe that three-phase short-circuit drying requires the generator itself to have operating conditions, the rotor can use standby excitation (the generator with coaxial exciter has no such limitation), and the temperature measurement points of each part of the stator are normal. At the generator outlet bus A three-phase short-circuit busbar is installed on the upper side, and the cross section of the busbar is considered according to the rated current of the generator. Good contact should be ensured when connecting to the busbar. In a short circuit test of a generator in a coal-bed methane power plant, because the paint on the connection surface was not cleaned, the contact part of the busbar was burnt shortly after the start of the test. Fortunately, it was discovered in time. No serious consequences. The above is that the stator and rotor insulation is still very low after the generator is repaired.
