MY series aluminum housing 3hp single phase induction motor, with run capacitor, is made of selected quality materials and conform to the IEC standard. MY motors have features of good performance, low noise, little vibration and safety and reliable operation. The multiple of starting torque is 0.3-0.7 (MY), 0.45-0.75 (MYT). MY motors are suitable for the occasion where there requirements of starting torque is low and long-term continuous working, such as home electric appliances, pumps, fans, and recording meters, etc.

What are the advantages of aluminum motor?
1. The main advantages of aluminum motor
The advantages of the aluminum shell motor are light weight, good thermal conductivity, good plasticity, high elongation, low noise, good heat dissipation performance, can be die-cast, and movement stability is good.
Second, the difference between aluminum motor and iron motor
1. Material-The main difference between the aluminum shell motor and the iron shell motor is the shell, one uses die-cast aluminum, the other uses die-cast iron, and the rest are basically the same.
2. Noise-the noise produced by the aluminum housing motor is smaller than the noise produced by the iron housing motor.
3. Thermal conductivity-the thermal conductivity of aluminum shell motors is higher than that of iron shell motors.
4. Weight-the weight of the aluminum motor with the same power is lighter than that of the iron motor.
5. Heat dissipation-the heat dissipation of the aluminum shell motor is relatively better, and the temperature range that it can adapt is higher than that of the iron shell.
6. Hardness-the hardness of aluminum shell motors is much worse than that of iron shell motors. Aluminum shell motors are not suitable for use in places where the output is large, while iron shell motors can be applied to all occasions.
7. Price-the price of the aluminum motor with the same power is slightly higher than that of the iron motor.
8. Model——Due to the insufficient hardness of the aluminum shell motor, the maximum frame size of the aluminum shell motor can generally be up to 160, while the iron shell motor can be applied to any motor frame size.
