YCT series electromagnetic speed regulating three-phase asynchronous motor is a kind of AC constant torque stepless speed regulating motor. Its speed regulation features are large speed regulation range, no out-of-control zone, large starting torque, strong excitation starting, and no impact on the power grid during frequent starting. Suitable for textile, chemical, metallurgy, building materials, food, mining and other sectors. For example, it can be used in paint line, assembly line conveyor belt, injection molding machine, printing machine, printing and dyeing machine, air-conditioning equipment, conveying equipment, etc. The motor is more suitable for variable torque centrifugal water pumps and fan loads. The speed adjustment is used to replace the opening and closing of the valve to control the flow and pressure, so as to obtain the effect of energy saving.

1. The difference between DC and AC motors
As the name suggests, DC motors use DC power as a power source. The AC motor uses AC as the power source.
In terms of price, a DC motor with the same power is higher than an AC motor, and the speed regulating device including the speed control device is also higher than the price of the AC speed regulating device. Of course, the structure and maintenance are also very different.
In terms of performance, because the speed of the DC motor is stable and the speed control is precise, which cannot be achieved by the AC motor, the DC motor has to be used instead of the AC motor under the strict requirements of the speed.
AC motor speed regulation is relatively complicated, but it is widely used because of the use of AC power in chemical plants.
2. The difference between synchronous and asynchronous motors
The rotation speed of the rotor is the same as that of the stator, it is called a synchronous motor, if it is inconsistent, it is called an asynchronous motor.
