The internal structure of Liyuan Motor's three-phase asynchronous motor
A three-phase asynchronous motor is a very widely used equipment, which is also called an induction motor. The three-phase asynchronous motor has simple structure, easy manufacture, high working reliability and strong maintainability.
The three-phase asynchronous motor is mainly divided into two parts: the stator and the rotor. The stator (the static part of the three-phase asynchronous motor) is mainly composed of a supporting frame that is used to realize the fixation and protection of the stator core and stator windings of the three-phase asynchronous motor. It is composed of the stator core and windings that constitute the excitation of the three-phase asynchronous motor.
The rotor of a three-phase asynchronous motor (the rotating part of a three-phase asynchronous motor) is mainly used to support the rotor, transmit the torque of the motor, and ensure a uniform air gap between the stator and the rotor and the stator core together to form the excitation circuit. 1. Bearing
There are bearing caps on both sides to keep the bearings with enough grease.
2. End cap
The end cover is made of cast iron, and the center hole is equipped with a bearing to support the rotor.
3. Rotating shaft
The rotating shaft is used to transmit the output torque of the motor, and to ensure that there is a uniform air gap between the stator and the rotor, so as to ensure that the power factor and excitation current of the motor reach the specified value.
4. Rotor core
It is laminated by silicon steel sheets and press-fitted on the rotating shaft. The outer circle is punched with evenly distributed notches for casting conductors.
5. Stator winding
There are three windings of a three-phase asynchronous motor, each winding is composed of several coils, and each coil is composed of multiple turns. The winding is generally made of high-strength polyester enameled round copper wire. The six outlet ends of the three-phase winding are fixed in the junction box of the machine base shell, and the start and end symbols of each winding are marked next to the line. Three-phase windings have two connection modes: star and delta.
6. Stator core
The stator core is laminated with 0.35~0.5mm circular silicon steel sheets. The surface of the silicon steel sheets is coated with insulating paint to reduce the eddy current loss caused by the alternating magnetic flux. The inner circle of the stator silicon steel sheet is punched with evenly distributed slots for installing the stator winding.
7. Base
The bracket of the motor is made of cast iron. A heat sink is installed on the surface of the enclosed motor to increase the heat dissipation area. There is also a junction box on the base to connect the winding leads and access the power supply
