Possible causes and solutions for abnormal noise of Liyuan motor
There are mechanical and electrical reasons for the abnormal sound of Liyuan Motor. First of all, determine what caused it. The method of determination is to connect the power supply and there is an abnormal sound. Cut off the power supply. If the abnormal sound still exists, it is a mechanical failure, otherwise it is an electrical failure.
Mechanical aspect
The bearing is damaged or the lubricating oil is severely lacking, and there are impurities in the oil. Elimination method: Replace or clean the bearing and replace with new oil. To clean the bearing, first remove the old oil in the bearing , and then use a brush or cloth dipped in a solvent such as gasoline and kerosene to clean it. It must be cleaned, otherwise the bearing will be damaged. Don't rotate the bearing while brushing, and avoid any debris such as hand thread rolling into the bearing raceway. After washing the bearing, wipe it dry with a clean cloth. Do not wipe it with fluffy things such as cotton yarn to prevent fluff and other debris from falling into the bearing. Do not touch it with your hands to prevent the bearing from being stained with sweat and rust. Washed and dried bearings should be refilled with pure grease in accordance with regulations. Generally, it is appropriate that the grease occupies 1/2 to 1/3 of the volume of the bearing cavity.
