Matters needing attention when starting the motor
1. Before closing and starting, check whether there are foreign objects on or near the Liyuan motor and the dragging machinery to avoid personal and equipment accidents.
2. After the Liyuan motor is connected to the power supply, if it is found that the motor cannot be started or the speed is very low and the sound is abnormal when starting, the power should be cut off immediately, and the high-voltage asynchronous motor should be tried to start and observe its direction of rotation. is it right or not.

3. When starting multiple motors, they should start one by one according to the capacity from the largest to the smallest. They cannot be started at the same time to avoid the circuit breaker tripping due to excessive starting current.
4. For the star-delta starting or auto-decompression starting of the cage type vertical source motor, if it is a starting device with manual delay control, attention should be paid to the starting operation sequence and the length of the control delay. For the start of the winding type Liyuan motor. Pay more attention to the starting operation procedure and observe whether the starting process is normal. Otherwise, neither of the two Liyuan motors will achieve the purpose of starting with reduced voltage.
5. The Liyuan motor should avoid frequent starting or minimize the number of starts to prevent the motor from heating due to frequent starting and affecting the service life of the motor. For small motors, it should not exceed 3 to 5 times in the cold state, and in the hot state after long-term work, when the motor is restarted soon after stopping, the continuous starting should not exceed 2 to 3 times. For the medium-sized Liyuan motor, continuous starting should not exceed twice in the cold state, and only one start is allowed in the hot state to prevent the Liyuan motor from overheating and affecting its service life. For Liyuan motors whose starting time does not exceed 2~3 seconds, one more start is possible.
6. Multiple starters should be avoided at the same time, starting from the largest to the smallest, so as to avoid the total starting current on the line and the voltage drop too much, which will affect the normal starting of all Liyuan motors, or even switch equipment Tripped.
