Points to note when using the motor
1. Monitor the change of power supply voltage. The range of voltage change should not exceed or be lower than 10% of the rated voltage. If it is lower than this range, the load should be appropriately reduced during operation. At the same time, the three-phase voltage imbalance cannot be too large. The difference between any two-phase voltage should not exceed 5%, otherwise the Liyuan motor will heat up too quickly. It is best to install a voltmeter and transfer switch to directly monitor the power supply of Liyuan motor.
2. Monitor the operating current of the Liyuan motor. Under normal conditions, it should not exceed the rating on the nameplate. At the same time, attention should be paid to whether the three-phase currents are balanced, and the current difference between any two phases should not be greater than 10% of the rated current, otherwise the Liyuan motor is faulty. Pay special attention to whether there is a missing phase operation. The Liyuan motor with larger capacity should be equipped with an ammeter to monitor the operating current, and the Liyuan motor with smaller capacity should also use a clamp ammeter to measure the line current at any time.
3. Monitor the temperature of the Liyuan motor. The temperature rise should not exceed the allowable limit on the nameplate of the Liyuan motor. The temperature rise during the operation of Liyuan motor is a direct and reliable way to monitor the operating status of Liyuan motor. Installing a voltmeter, ammeter and overload protection device on the line is also the main method to monitor the temperature rise.
4. Monitor the sound, vibration and smell of the Liyuan motor during operation. When the Liyuan motor is operating normally, the sound is uniform, the operation is stable, and there is no smell of insulating paint and burnt smell. If there is abnormal sound, severe vibration, burnt smell of the insulating paint, etc., it indicates that the Liyuan motor is overheated or has other faults.
5. Monitor the working condition of the transmission device. At any time, pay attention to whether the belt pulley or coupling is loose, whether the transmission belt is slipping (slipping is because the belt is too loose), and whether the belt joint is intact.
6. Monitor the working condition of the bearing. Pay attention to the sound and heat of the bearing. When measuring with the thermometer method, the heating temperature of the rolling bearing must not exceed 95°C, and the heating temperature of the sliding bearing must not exceed 80°C. Abnormal sound or overheating of the bearing is caused by poor lubrication and serious wear of the bearing.
7. Monitor the working condition of the fuse. At any time, pay attention to whether one phase of the fuse is blown, so as to avoid the lack of phase operation and the overheating of the Liyuan motor.
