Generally, both ends of the motor should try to choose bearings with clearance
The selection of the clearance of the motor bearing is based on the working state of the motor, mainly temperature, speed, and the matching tolerance selection of the bearing, the shaft and the bearing seat is not very strict. After assembly, the working clearance of the bearing does not change much. If the operating temperature of the motor is 60 degrees, and the speed does not exceed 2/3 of the reference speed of this type of bearing. You can choose ordinary clearance bearings.
If any of the above three factors are not satisfied, please try to choose a bearing with C3 clearance. However, a bearing with C3 clearance will bring slight vibration and noise to the motor during operation, but after a period of time increases, the vibration and noise will be slightly reduced.
In the current selection of bearings in the motor industry, if special circumstances are not considered, ordinary clearances with an inner diameter of 100 and below are usually selected, and C3 is a clearance with an initial value greater than 100. This is also reasonable, because the larger the size of the bearing, the greater the thermal expansion.
There are other reasons for the motor itself (such as the electromagnetic induction intensity caused by the low precision of the mechanical parts, the adhesion of the pressure plate, the stator rotor and the bearing is not good), which will cause the temperature to rise. The temperature of the motor itself rises and the temperature of the bearing rises, and the bearing with C3 clearance should be selected as much as possible.
The smaller the accuracy value, the better. Permits should be based on the work environment, not on getting bigger or smaller. If used on a motor, the gap is very small.
