FAQ
What needs to be monitored while the motor is running? Hurry up and take a look
The editor of LIYUAN Motor recommends that you always monitor the motor during operation, especially for larger motors. When checking the operation, you can find problems in time and deal with them in time to reduce unnecessary losses. The monitoring content mainly includes the following points. Do these points to ensure the normal operation, stability and safety of the motor.
1. Current monitoring. Use a clamp meter to measure the current of the motor. For larger motors, always observe whether the three-phase current is balanced or exceeds the allowable value during operation. If the three-phase is severely unbalanced or exceeds the rated current of the motor, immediately stop and check and analyze the cause. If it is caused by the load, the relevant personnel should be notified to deal with it. If it is caused by the motor itself, it should be dealt with in time.
2. Voltage monitoring. Always observe whether the voltage of the motor in operation is normal. If the voltage of the motor power supply is too high, too low or severely unbalanced, stop and check the cause.
