The matching problem of inverter and Liyuan motor
Voltage matching: The rated voltage of the inverter matches the rated voltage of the motor.
Current matching: For ordinary centrifugal pumps, the rated current of the frequency converter matches the rated current of the motor. For special loads such as deep water pumps, it is necessary to refer to the motor performance parameters to determine the inverter current and overload capacity with the maximum current. The inverter current setting should not be less than 1.1 times the rated current of the motor, and the maximum current is generally set to 1.5 times the rated current of the motor.
Torque matching: For constant torque loads such as extruders, mixers, and lifting equipment, first, the method of increasing the capacity of motors and frequency converters is often used to increase low-speed torque and avoid the difficulty of low-frequency compensation; second, use The high-function inverter or vector inverter with torque control function can realize constant torque operation in low speed area and constant power operation in high speed area. For variable torque loads such as fans and water pumps, low-speed load torque is smaller, and ordinary function inverters can be adapted.
