Inspection method of three-phase wound high-voltage asynchronous motor

1.1 Stator

(1) The insulation value of the stator of the high-voltage motor to the ground is not less than im. /Such as a 6kV high-voltage motor, the stator-to-ground insulation value is not less than 6m, and the electrician uses a 2v high-voltage shaker to measure it every half month and record the change. If the resistance value of the motor changes greatly or the measured value is less than 6Mo, the motor should be thoroughly inspected or replaced.

(2) The electrician uses the double bridge to measure the DC resistance between the stator phases of the high-voltage motor every month, and record the resistance value. The unbalance of the three-phase resistance does not exceed 5%. If this value is exceeded, it indicates that there may be a problem with the motor branch coil and should be thoroughly inspected or planned to be replaced.


1.2 Rotor

(L) The position or electrician should check the motor slip ring, carbon brush and compression spring every day. The slip ring has no sparks, the length of the carbon brush is not less than 1/3 of the total length, and the compression spring ring is not damaged

(2) Electricians use Zhounov low-voltage shaker to test the motor rotor once every half month. The insulation value of the rotor to the ground is not less than 1mq/kV. If it is lower than this value, the motor should be thoroughly inspected or replaced in a planned way. )


1.3 Bearing

(1) When cleaning the bearing housing of the working bearing motor, check the temperature once. The normal working temperature is ling-4()℃, 4()-5()℃ is abnormal. If the temperature reaches 4~-5~, the electrician should check. The maximum temperature should not exceed 6 () ℃. If the temperature exceeds 4()-5()℃, the motor should be replaced. In addition, the oil in the base should be changed at least once every three months.

(2) The rolling bearing motor is refueled every three months, and the bearing is cleaned every six months. The bearing temperature during operation must not exceed 7°C. If the temperature exceeds 7°C (degrees Celsius), the motor should be checked or replaced,
