What needs to be monitored while the motor is running?
1. Always observe the temperature of the motor. Touch the shell with your hand to check whether the motor is overheated or hot. If you find overheating, you can use water to drop a few drops on the motor shell. If the water vaporizes rapidly, it means the motor is overheated. It can also be measured with a thermometer. If the motor temperature is too high, stop running immediately , Find out the reason and deal with it, and then continue to use it after troubleshooting.
2. Unit rotation monitoring. Check whether the belt connection is good, whether the belt tightness is appropriate, whether the unit rotates flexibly, whether there is jamming, movement, or abnormal phenomena, etc.
3. Pay attention to whether the motor vibrates, whether the noise is normal, whether the motor has a burning smell, and if there are other abnormalities, it should be shut down for maintenance.
4. Pay attention to whether the running sound of the motor's bearings is normal, observe whether there is heating, lubrication and friction. The simple method can be to put the long-handled screwdriver bit on the small oil cap outside the motor bearing, close the ear to the screwdriver handle, and listen carefully for noise and vibration during the operation of the bearing to judge the operation of the bearing.
