The advantages of vacuum pressure dipping paint
Practice has proved that the effect of the first vacuum pressure dipping paint is better than the second time ordinary dipping paint. For some important motor windings, vacuum pressure impregnation is necessary. The cost of vacuum pressure dipping equipment is relatively high, so it should be carried out as far as possible when the coil is not embedded; when vacuum pressure dipping is required after the wire is embedded, the external pressure installation structure should be used as much as possible, which can improve the utilization of the dipping equipment It can also prevent dust and debris from the machine base from polluting the impregnating paint.
For low-voltage motor windings that require high insulation treatment, vacuum, pressure, or repeated pressure dipping methods should be used. After the winding is vacuum dried (or hot air circulation drying), it must be cooled to 60~70℃ in vacuum; then paint, pressurize or pressurize repeatedly. Air can be used as the pressurized gas, and argon should be used for flammable solvents to avoid explosion. The pressurizing pressure is 0.2~0.8MN/m2.
