Introduction to Vacuum Pressure Dipping Equipment
The composition of vacuum pressure dipping paint equipment mainly includes: vacuum drying furnace, dipping paint cylinder, paint storage cylinder, vacuum pump, etc.
●Vacuum Drying Furnace
is a round or oval sealed metal box. It is required to be able to withstａnd high temperature and high pressure, and is generally made into a double layer, and high pressure steam is passed into the compartment for heating. In the absence of high-pressure steam, hot oil heating or electric induction heating can be used. But not as safe as high-pressure steam. The outer surface of the cylinder is covered with an insulating layer, and the cylinder is equipped with a vacuum gauge, a thermometer, and a safety valve. In addition, lead-out porcelain posts should be installed to measure the insulation resistance of the coil.
●Dipping paint tube
is round and made of thick steel plate. Pressure gauge, vacuum gauge, observation window and safety valve must be installed on the cylinder. There is also an integrated dipping cylinder and drying oven.
●Paint storage tube
is similar to the dipping paint tube, but the mechanical strength requirements are lower, and the volume should be larger. A stirrer must be installed and driven by an explosion-proof motor. It communicates with the dipping cylinder through the paint filter and is controlled by a valve. For the impregnating paint (epoxy solvent-free paint) that needs to be stored at a low temperature, it should be placed in an adjustable cold room.
●Lacquer filter
paint may contain impurities after use. In order to ensure the quality of impregnation, it must be filtered through a filter when it is reused.
●Air heater
The blown air is heated and enters the drying furnace. Generally use steam, hot oil or electric heating wire for heating.
●Vacuum and Moisture Absorber
Compressed air must be filtered to remove moisture and dust. Silica gel is usually used as a desiccant and glass fiber is used to filter dust.
●Condenser
A condenser must be installed before the vacuum pump to condense the solvent, moisture, oil, etc. in the gas pumped to the vacuum pump to avoid damage to the vacuum pump. At the same time, by checking the amount of agglomeration, the degree of dryness of the processed winding can be inferred. The condensing agent is generally brine. The condensing capacity of the condenser must be adapted to the exhaust speed. If the condensing capacity is too small, the dew condensate is often pumped into the vacuum pump together, which affects the service life of the vacuum pump. When the condenser is out of service, pay attention to drain the cold water to avoid scale or freezing.
●Vacuum Pump
The quality of the vacuum pump determines the quality of the dipping paint, and it must be carefully selected and maintained. It is better to have two sets of vacuum pumps. One set is used to establish vacuum with a larger capacity, and the other set is used to maintain high vacuum with a smaller volume.
