The thermoplastic enclosures boxes are industrial quality Polycarbonate enclosure suitable to mount electric / electronic componenets. The enclosures are IP65 and certified by various international laboratories. Available in Opaque as well as transparent cover, these enclosures can be customised for several industrial application. Polycarbonate being a highly corrosion resistance material can be used in severe corrosive environments.
Features of Thermoplastic Enclosures Boxes
1. Thermoplastic self-extinguishing material, which can resist extreme high temperature and flame up to 650°C (glow wire test), in line with IEC 60695-2-11 standard
2. Installation temperature from-25 to +60°C
3. Heat resistance: ball heat pressure up to +85°C, in line with EN 60695-10-2 standard
4. Impact resistance: 6 Joules (IK level 08)
5. Intrusion protection IP65, Class II insulation
