1. Shell: Waterproof plug and socket series product shells are made of imported high-quality plastic (nylon), which can reach 90°C without deformation under normal use, and the technical indicators at -40°C will not change.
2. Plastic core parts: the core parts of the waterproof plug and socket series products are made of fireproof plastic (nylon) materials. It can withstand a temperature of 120°C under normal working conditions. In the flame retardant test (850°C glow wire), there was no visible flame, no continuous glow, and no fire on the silk paper. The flame went out within 30 seconds after the glow wire was removed, and the glow disappeared.
3. Pins, poor sleeves: using high-quality imported copper materials, with good plug-in function and anti-corrosion function. Both the overcurrent and the withstand voltage have reached the national advanced level.
