The shell of the flanged panel sockets sloped is made of flame-retardant nylon material, which has good toughness and high temperature resistance.
Material and Characteristics
1. Shell: Waterproof plug and socket series products are made of imported high-quality plastic (nylon), which can reach 90°C without deformation under normal use, and the technical index of -40°C does not change.
2. Plastic core parts: The core parts of waterproof plug and socket series products are made of fireproof plastic (nylon). It can withstａnd 120°C under normal working conditions. In the flame retardant experiment (850°C glow wire), there was no visible flame and no continuous glow. The silk paper did not catch fire. The flame extinguished within 30 seconds after the glow wire was removed, and the glow disappeared.
3. Pin: It is made of high-quality imported copper material, which has good connector function and anti-corrosion function. Overcurrent and pressure resistance have reached the national advanced level.
