IP67 Socket, also known as waterproof plug and socket, is widely used in the field of industrial power distribution due to its waterproof and dustproof features. It is mainly used for power connection, transmission and distribution.
Material and characteristics of industrial socket:
Shell: the shell of IP67 socket series products are made of imported high-quality plastic (nylon), which can reach 90 ℃ without deformation under normal use, and the technical index of - 40 ℃ does not change.
Plastic core parts: the core parts of waterproof socket series products are made of fireproof plastic (nylon) materials. It can withstａnd temperature of 120 ℃ under normal environment. In the flame-retardant test (850 ℃ glow wire), there is no visible flame, no continuous glow, and the silk paper does not fire. After removing the glow wire, the flame goes out within 30 seconds, and the glow disappears.
Pin and sleeve: made of high quality imported copper, with good plug-in function and anti-corrosion function. The over-current and withstａnd voltage have reached the advanced national level.
