Maintenance

1. After use, the gourd shall be cleaned and coated with anti-rust grease, and stored in a dry place to prevent the hａnd hoist from dampness, rust and corrosion.

2. The maintenance and overhaul should be carried out by those familiar with the hoist mechanism. The hoist parts should be cleaned with kerosene.

3. After cleaning and maintenance of the hoist, no-load test should be carried out to confirm normal work and reliable braking before delivery.

4. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. Brake parts should be checked frequently to prevent brake failure and the phenomenon of weight falling from the ground.

5. The roller of the left and right bearing of the chain pulley of the hａnd hoist can be stuck on the inner ring of the bearing that has been pressed on the chain pulley journal of the chain pulley, and then loaded into the outer ring of the bearing of the wallboard.

6.
