1、Unilateral bearing

Embedded with super hard alloy to work with ball bearing;being abrasion resistant and safe with high precision and long service life.Through the heat treatment of HRC60 and precise grinding,the gear has high transmission precision.

2、Roller

Being hollow and light with small turning intertia,it can be stopped promptly to ensure feed precision.Through the heat treatment of HKC'60 and the regrinding of chrome plating line,it has high hardness,excellent abrasion resistance and long service life.

3、Disk brake(general brake device)

Adoption of high-grade clutch to make the two sides of the disk contact completely.It has long service life,excellent stability and high precision.

4、Converse device

(1)same in constitution with one way device and capable of controlling lower wheel very accurately.The lower wheel has no degradation phenomenon even if it is used for a longer time.Besides,it has very high stability and precision.

(2)No reverse rotation of lower wheel caused by bad brake if residual oil is spilled while pressing:no inaccurate delivering distance phenomenon.

(3)High fever is hard generated.

(4)Attached with super hard alloy and roller;hard resistant.

(5)The motion pattern is the circular motion of roller rather than the linear motion of four guide pins,so there will be no seizure phenomenon.

(6)The rolation torsion is comparatively reduced and the rotation mechanism is hard to he damaged for the friction is small.

(7)The speed may he 30m/min.while is equipped with converse device.In general,the speed is 20m/min,an elevated efficiency of 50%.

(8)The special structure prolongs its serv ice life.

5、PU wheel

Applicable to pressing products with high requirement on material surface,ａnd no press mark or scar will be caused on material surface,ａnd no press mark or scar will be caused on material line is heightened.

6、The three-section pull rod can adjust a large range conveniently

There will he no interruption of rocker after the material line is heightened.

7、Delivering distance fine aligning device

same in constitution with eccentric disk and convenient in adjusting where there's little difference with the target value while adjusting the eccentric disk,it needs only to adjust the fine aligning device,which can save time.
