Automatic Tray Arranging Machine PP-1-S

PP series tray arranging machine is newly designed for robot arm to pick dumpling into plastic tray or steel plate, so that help people to achieve bulk or retail pack. PP-1-S tray arranging machine can put the plastic tray automatically, then robot arm will pick formed dumpling up and put it into the tray. Finally, tray with dumpling will be push to the belt and going to the next working procedure.

Full ervo motor controlled whole machine so that robot arm will pick dumpling up and never fall down. Advanced servo motor let the machine more accurate and intelligence.
