ZK series dumpling machine are adopt full servo motor control system to make sure every position of machine are accurate and comfortable. Due to dough pressing part and forming part are departed, this design make more easy to adjusted as they want. 4 rollers are be used to imitated manual pastry, and intelligent roller will help you to press dough again and again to make sure the good flavour of dumpling wrapper.
PIC controllers as the key part of dumpling machine, it’s be accepted to improve the accuracy of wrapper cutting, filling stuffing and dumpling forming.
Artificial intelligence robot arm will pick dumpling onto the belt and keep a good shape.
