High Speed Wonton Machine NYM300-NJZ300H

NJZ300H wonton machine is newly designed by Soontrue and is so different from the traditional wonton machine.

1. Characteristics of NYM300-NJZ300H

A. There are 8 servo motors to control all parts of wonton machine NJZ300H and there is no chain to drive the machine, which increases the capacity and stability of the wonton machine and also makes operation and maintenance of the machine much easier, and also prolong service life of the machine.

B. Weight of filling can be adjusted in touch screen and there is no need to adjust the filling part in machine by hand.

C. High speed, 240pcs/min

D. Machine structure of NJZ300H is made of stainless steel 304. Good sealing performance and high waterproof performance make the machine can be washed by water.

E. New look with new design and anti-fingerprint paint sprayed on the surface of SUS304, makes the cleaning of machine easier and faster.

2. Functions

A. NJZ300H is wonton molding part. It equip with cut device and forming device, which can cuts dough sheet into wrapper, prepared fills will be stuffing into wrapper and mold the wonton and finally pushes wonton out to discharging frame.

B. NYM300 is dough pressing part of NJZ300H. 4 Dough rolls are supplied for the machine and it presses the dough and to make the dough sheet become thinner and thinner.

C. NYM300-NJZ300H wonton machine can produce all kinds of flour products.
