1. About Wonton

Wonton or Won ton (Chinese name is 馄饨)， is a type of stuffed dumpling in china, and this name come from the pronunciation of Cantonese.

The history of wonton can date back to ancient China. Those old people thought it was a steamed stuffed bun without any gaps on the surface, so called them "hun dun" (混沌), means the mix of sky and ground, Yin and Yang.

Certainly, there are different names of Wonton in china, such as northern region called it as Wonton or Won ton, chaoshou in Sichuan, or bienshr (扁食) in the Southern regions of China and Taiwan.

Wontons are usually made with a thin piece of square wrap made by flour, and filled with seasoned mincied pork and often with shrimps, boiled them by soup-stock or water. Otherwise it could be boiled in the red hot spicy oil Sichuan-style.

Soontrue's YTH16A Double-line Wonton Machine and YTH24 Triple-line Wonton Machine are able to produce the weight of standardized or larger wontons from 7 g-16 g/pc, capacity up to 120-200 pcs/min, and the thickness of the wrapper is adjustable according to your ingredients and recipes.

Both machines are able to produce wonton with better shape and textures. It's own a complete production line with automatic pressing, pulling, cutting, filling and forming devices, without any extra complex controller for the dough, and the imitated forming mold make wontons like handmade products.
