4. About Mandu
There are two type of Mandu, one is gyoja (교자; 餃子) type, and another one is poja (포자; 包子) type.
gyoja (교자; 餃子) type, similar to chinese dumpling (jiaozi), gyoza in Japanese or or pierogi in Slavic culture. It mabe by flour dough, minced meat or vegetable fillings, often boiled or steamed.
