Operation technology

1. Deep well pump should be used in the sａnd content of less than 0.01% of the clean water, the pump room is equipped with a pre-moistening tank, the capacity should meet the pre-moistening water at a start.

2. The newly installed or overhauled deep well pump should adjust the clearance between the pump shell and the impeller, and the impeller should not be rubbed with the shell in operation.

3 deep well pump before operation should be clear water into the shaft and bearing housing for pre-moistening.

4. Before the deep well pump is started, the inspection items should meet the following requirements:

1) The bolt of base foundation has been tightened;

2) The axial clearance meets the requirements, and the safety nut of the adjusting bolt has been installed;

3) The packing glａnd has been tightened and lubricated;

4) Motor bearings have been lubricated;

5) Rotate the motor rotor and the stop mechanism by hａnd are flexible and effective.

5. Deep well pump shall not be idling without water. The first and second impeller of the pump should be immersed in the water level below 1m. The water level in the well should be observed frequently during operation.

6. During operation, when large vibration is found around the foundation, the wear condition of the bearing of the pump or the packing of the motor should be checked; When too much wear and tear and leakage, should replace a new piece.

7. If the deep well pump containing mud and sａnd has been sucked and discharged, clean water should be applied before stopping the pump.

8. Before stopping the pump, close the outlet valve, cut off the power supply and lock the switch box. When out of use in winter, the water in the pump should be put clean.
