Preparation before installation

(1) First of all, check the diameter of the well, the still water depth and whether the power supply system meets the use conditions.

(2) check whether the pump rotation is flexible, there should be no stuck dead point, the motor and the pump should be connected by coupling, pay attention to tighten the top wire.

(3) open the exhaust and water plug, fill the inner cavity of the motor with clear water, pay attention to prevent false full, good plug. There should be no leakage.

(4) The insulation of the motor shall be measured with a 500 V megohmmeter, which shall be no less than 150 ohms.

(5) The corresponding lifting tools should be equipped, such as tripod, chain, etc.

(6) install the protection switch and start equipment, instantaneous start motor (no more than 1 second), see whether the motor steering and steering sign is the same, if the opposite, replace any two joints of power supply, and then the protection board and the water network, ready to go down the well. When the motor and the pump are connected and turned, water must be poured into the outlet of the pump, and the water can only be started when the water is throttled out from the inlet.
