Vibrating dehydration screen, which is mainly used for sａnd washing, coal preparation plant slime recovery, concentrator tailings dry discharge and so on, is also called sａnd and stone dehydration screen, mine dehydration screen, slime dehydration screen, tailings dehydration screen, high frequency dehydration screen and so on.

The vibration dewatering screen adopts double-motor self-synchronizing technology, universal eccentric block and adjustable amplitude vibrator. Is mainly composed of a screen box, a vibration exciter, a support system and a motor. Two non-contact vibrators are synchronously and reversely operated, the centrifugal force generated by the two groups of eccentric masses is superposed with the force component in the vibration direction, and the reverse centrifugal force is cancelled out, so that a single shock-induced vibration in the vibration direction is formed, and the screen box is made to do reciprocating linear motion.
