OFF = No error 

BF indicator light (red)

ON = EtherCAT  bus communication failure (no connection to switch, no network detected)

Blinking=Inconsistent hardware configuration

OFF = No error 

LINK indicator light (yellow)(Maintenance indicator light)

OFF = Unconnected, initialized；Blinking=Pre-operation, safe operation；ON = operation status
