The main technical parameters:
1. Experimental temperature range: -40-200℃, -30-200℃, 0-200℃. User optional.
2. The heating speed is automatically set by the computer program, the temperature control accuracy is 0.1 °C, and the heating and cooling speed is adjustable at 1-5 °C/min. Equipped with precision (rapid) cooling-heating system (with a compressor imported from Japan, with high power, fast cooling, and a rapid heating system).
3. The computer automatically calculates the expansion coefficient, volume expansion coefficient, linear expansion, and rapid thermal expansion.
4. Automatic calculation of compensation coefficient and automatic compensation, or manual correction (online).
5. Automatically record, store and print data, and print the temperature-expansion coefficient curve. The temperature interval can be set freely, the minimum interval is 0.1-1℃.
6. The deformation measurement adopts high-precision grating micrometer sensor, measuring range: ±12.7mm, resolution: 0.1um, precision 0.2um, automatic calibration range. The measurement range of the expansion value is large, and the adjustment range of the sample is increased.
7. Sample range (2-15) × (2-15) × (20-150) mm, cylindrical or square.
8. The imported linear bearing is used for transmission to realize the frictionless transmission of the expansion value, and the transmission accuracy and repeatability are excellent.
