Item introduction:
A. Light source:
The light source adopts 8 imported ultraviolet fluorescent lamps with a rated power of 40W as the light source. UV fluorescent tubes, distributed on both sides of the machine, 4 on each side. There are UVA-340 and UVB-313 light sources for users to choose from. The luminous spectral energy of UVA-340 lamps is mainly concentrated at the wavelength of 340nm, and the luminous spectrum of UVB-313 lamps is mainly concentrated around the wavelength of 313nm.
We use UVA-340 lamps. Since the energy output of fluorescent light will gradually decay with time, in order to reduce the influence of the test caused by the attenuation of light energy, this test box is used in all eight lamps every 1/1/2 When the life of the fluorescent lamp is 4, an old lamp is replaced by a new lamp, so that the ultraviolet light source is always composed of a new lamp and an old lamp, so as to obtain a constant output light energy. The effective life of the lamp can be about 1600 hours.

Installation site:

2. In order to stably exert the function and performance of the test equipment, a place with an annual temperature of 15°C to 28°C and a relative humidity of not more than 85% should be selected;
3. The ambient temperature of the installation site should not change rapidly;
4. It should be installed on a level ground (use a spirit level to determine the level on the ground during installation);
5. It should be installed in a place without direct sunlight;
6. It should be installed in a well-ventilated place;
7. It should be installed in a place away from combustibles, explosives and high temperature heat sources;
8. It should be installed in a place with less dust;
9. Install it as close to the power supply as possible.
Introduction to structure:
The equipment shell and inner chamber are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, which is processed and formed by the most advanced processing equipment in China.
