Principle: Flotation deinking is based on the principle of mine flotation beneficiation. According to the different wettability of fibers, fillers and inks, the flotation machine is used to make 10~150μm ink particles adsorb on air bubbles and float to the pulp. The surface is removed by a scraper, and the fibers and fillers remain in the slurry.
