Test principle:
Simulate the subjective feeling process of human hands on the fabric. All the indenters used are cylindrical images simulating human fingers, with fine lines on them to simulate fingerprints.The indenter also adopts the form of one above and two below to simulate the process of human touch.The system quantifies the corresponding indexes through physical tests such as compression, bending, friction and tension of the material, obtains the surface compression thickness, softness SF, stiffness st, smoothness SM and tightness LT, and then evaluates the comprehensive style of the fabric.
1 Thickness index, the thickness of the fabric compressed by the surface.
2 In stage I, the compression modulus and compression deformation are obtained by surface compression, which are expressed as softness SF.
3 In the second stage, the maximum bending value, bending modulus and bending work are obtained from the bending test, which are expressed as stiffness St.
4 In the third stage, the average friction force, friction coefficient, friction work, etc. are obtained through friction test, and the sliding degree is SM.
5 In stage IV, tensile modulus and tensile work are obtained from tensile test, which are expressed as tightness Lt.Comprehensive evaluation of test results: the comprehensive style ch = a * SF + b * ST + C * SM + D * LT system divides each index of SF, St, SM and lt into levels 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.The comprehensive style is the sum of the weights of softness, stiffness, smoothness and tightness. The coefficients a, B, C and D are comprehensively determined according to the purpose, type and material of the material.
