① The operating environment of the experimental instrument should be well ventilated, dry, free of dust and strong electromagnetic interference.
② If the instrument works continuously for 24 hours, it should be powered off for more than 10 minutes to keep the instrument in good working condition.
③ Poor contact or disconnection may occur after long-term use of the power supply. Before each use, it should be repaired to ensure that the power cord is not damaged, cracked, or open.
④ Please use soft cloth and neutral detergent to clean the instrument. Before cleaning, make sure to disconnect the power first. Do not use thinner or benzene and other volatile substances to clean the instrument, otherwise it will damage the color of the instrument case itself, wipe off the logo on the case, and make the touch screen

Technical Standard:

Working principle (test):
1. A portion of talc contamination with a known number of Bacillus subtilis
(B. atrophaeus) spores are poured onto the test piece inside a container (a container without the contaminated talc is used as the control).
2. An agar plate is inserted into the base of the container below the test piece.
3. The platform supporting the container is vibrated for 30 minutes by a pneumatic ball vibrator.
4. Any talc that has penetrated through the test piece is captured by the agar plate. 5.The agar plate is removed and incubated for 24 hours at 35℃ and the total number of colonies on the surface of the plate are counted.
