The shell is made of cold rolled steel plate and glass fiber as insulation material, so that the temperature in the test room will not affect the temperature and sensitivity. The inner wall of the box is coated with high temperature silver powder paint.

Usage:

1. Put the dried articles into the aging test box, close the door, and then switch on the power.

2, unplug the power switch to "on", then the power indicator lights up, digital display temperature controller has a digital display.

3. See Attachment 1 for setting of temperature controller. The temperature controller displays the temperature in the box. Under normal circumstances, the temperature control enters the constant temperature state after 90 minutes of heating. (Note: Refer to the following "operation method" for intelligent temperature controller)

4, when the required working temperature is low, can use the second setting method, such as the working temperature of 80℃, the first time can be set 70℃, isothermal through the impact down, the second time set 80℃, this can reduce or even eliminate the temperature overstroke phenomenon, so that the temperature in the box as soon as possible into the constant temperature state.

5, according to different items, different humidity, choose different drying temperature and time.

6. After drying, unplug the power switch to the "off" position, but do not immediately open the door to take out items, to avoid scalding, you can first open the door to reduce the temperature in the box before taking out items.

Matters needing attention:

1, the shell of the box must be effectively grounded to ensure safety.

2. Turn off the power after use.

3, aging test box without explosion-proof device, shall not be put into flammable and explosive items.

4, aging test box should be placed in the room with good ventilation conditions, flammable and explosive items can not be placed around it.

5. Do not place items in the box too crowded, and space must be left to facilitate hot air circulation.

6. The inside and outside of the box should always be kept clean.

7. When the operating temperature is between 150℃ and 300℃, the door should be opened to reduce the temperature in the box after shutdown.
