Host and accessories

Sample requirements
1 Samples should be of uniform thickness, smooth surface, no bubble, no mechanical damage and impurities.
2 Sample thickness of not less than 4mm, the sample size should ensure that each measuring point from the center and the edge of the sample is not less than 10mm, the distance between the centers of the measuring point is not less than 10mm. Recommended Sample size is 40 × 40 × 4mm or Ф50 × 4mm.

Note showing items
1 test must ensure that the force applied perpendicular to the sample surface, the specimen bearing surface shall be in good contact with the work surface during the test loading should be smooth, not be subjected to shock and vibration.
2 Installing or replacing the head table should first try a few times and the hardness in working condition, then hardness test can be carried out.

Hardness maintenance
1 Hardness Tester must be installed in a dry place, there should be no vibration source nearby, no dust non-corrosive gases.
2 Use hardness timing, must be required hardness measurement range, if not determine the hardness of the test sample range, the load should be chosen to increase progressively from small to big.
3 Hardness chassis should be grounded well, cut off the power after use.
4 Hardness kept clean after use plus cover to prevent dust intrusion, to prevent rust.
