Refrigeration system and compressor: in order to ensure the cooling rate and minimum temperature requirements of the test chamber, the test chamber uses two sets of fully enclosed compressors (two French Taikang) composed of binary superimposed air cooling refrigeration system.
The refrigeration process is as follows: The refrigerant is adiabatically compressed to a higher pressure by the compressor, which increases the exhaust temperature. After that, the refrigerant isothermally exchanges heat with the surrounding medium through the condenser, transferring heat to the surrounding medium. After that, the refrigerant expands adiabatically through the valve to do work, and then the refrigerant temperature decreases. Finally, the refrigerant isothermically absorbs heat from the object with higher temperature through the evaporator to lower the temperature of the object being cooled. This cycle is repeated to achieve the purpose of cooling.
