Product Introduction

The product is suitable for simulating the ultraviolet radiation and heat of sunlight, the sample in the machine through the ultraviolet radiation and temperature effect, after a period of time, observe the sample yellowing resistance degree, can be stained gray standard as a reference, determine the yellowing level, test time depends on the agreement of the manufacturer. The machine has complete accessories, can be used as a basic yellowing test, can also be used as aging testing machine and oven, showing a multi-purpose function.

Aging: this machine promotes the deterioration of sulfur rubber, in order to calculate the change rate of tension and elongation before and after heating, it is generally considered that one day at 70℃ test, in theory equivalent to 6 months of exposure to the atmosphere.

Yellow resistance: the machine is simulated in the atmospheric environment, under the ultraviolet radiation of sunlight, appearance changes are generally considered to be tested at 50℃ for 9 hours, theoretically equivalent to exposure to the atmosphere for 6 months.
