Product features:

1. High precision imported brａnd differential pressure transmitter is adopted to ensure the accuracy and stability of air resistance differential pressure of the tested sample.

2. The well-known brａnd high-precision double photometer sensor is adopted to monitor the upstream and downstream particle concentration mg / m3 at the same time, so as to ensure accurate, stable, fast and effective sampling.

3. The inlet and outlet air of the test is equipped with a cleaning device to ensure that the test air is clean and the exhaust air is clean, and there is no pollution to the test environment.

4. Frequency conversion control is adopted to automatically control the speed of the main fan, and the test flow is stabilized within ± 0.5l/min of the set flow.

5. Collision multi nozzle design is adopted to ensure rapid and stable fog concentration adjustment. The dust particle size shall meet the following requirements:

5.1 Salinity: the concentration of NaCl particles is 1mg / m3 ~ 25mg / m3, and the counting median diameter is (0.075 ± 0.020) μ m. Geometric standard deviation of particle size distribution ≤ 1.86.

6. Equipped with 10 Inch Touch screen and OMRON PLC controller. The test results are displayed or printed directly. Test results include: test report and loading report.

7. The operation of the whole machine is simple. Just place the sample between the clamps and press the two start keys of the anti pinch device with both hands at the same time to work automatically. No blank test is required.

8. The noise of the whole machine during operation is less than 65dB

9. The built-in automatic calibration particle concentration program only needs to input the actual test load weight into the instrument, and the instrument automatically completes the automatic calibration according to the set load.

10. The instrument has built-in sensor automatic purification function. After the test, the instrument automatically enters the sensor for automatic cleaning to ensure the consistency of the zero point of the sensor.
