Detailed introduction:

A. Light source:

The light source adopts 8 imported UV fluorescent lamps with rated power of 40W as the light source, which are distributed on both sides of the machine with 4 lamps on each side. There are UVA-340 and UVB-313 light sources for users to select and configure uVA-340 light tubes. The luminous spectrum energy of UVA-340 light tubes is mainly concentrated at the wavelength of 340nm, while the luminous spectrum of UVB-313 light tubes is mainly concentrated at the wavelength of 313nm We adopt the UVA - 340 tubes, because the fluorescent light energy output will gradually decay over time, in order to reduce the influence of caused by light energy attenuation test, so the test chamber in all eight in every quarter of the fluorescent lamp life, by a new lamp to replace an old lamp, so, ultraviolet light source is composed of the new lamp and old lamps, so as to get a The effective service life of the lamp with constant output of light energy can be about 1600 hours.

B. Electrical control:

a. Blackboard temperature and condensation temperature are controlled by controller;

Blackboard temperature monitoring: Standard PT-100 blackboard temperature sensor is used to accurately control the sample surface temperature during the test process.

Blackboard temperature setting range: BPT 40-75℃; But the actual maximum temperature limit of the temperature protection device inside the machine is 93℃±10%.

Blackboard temperature control precision :±0.5℃.

c. Temperature monitoring of the sink: In the cycle test process, there is a test section for dark condensation process, which requires the saturated water vapor that can generate high temperature in the box body. When the water vapor meets the relatively cold sample surface, it will condense dew on the sample surface.

The sink is located in the lower part of the box, and an electric heater is built in.

Water tank temperature control range: 40~60℃

d, the test chamber is equipped with time controller, the range is 0~530H, blackout memory function.

e. Safety protection device:

◆ Overtemperature protection in the box: when the temperature in the box exceeds 93℃±10%, the machine will automatically cut off the lamp and heater power supply, and enter the balance state cooling.

Low water level alarm of the sink, prevent the heater from burning.
