1.The whole process of sterilization is automatically controlled by microcomputer with high degree of automation. The color touch screen can dynamically display parameters such as working temperature, pressure, time and sterilization stage. The operation is more intuitive and convenient.

2.The inner chamber of the sterilizer is made of S30408 stainless steel, and the jacket is made of special steel plate for boiler and pressure vessel. The manufacture of the main body is made of advanced welding technology and testing means to ensure the reliable quality and durability of the main body of the sterilizer.

3.The equipment is equipped with several sets of sterilization procedures (fabric, equipment, liquid, etc.), but also according to the user's actual situation to set the working parameters;

At the same time, it is equipped with vacuum detection and BD testing procedures, and the vacuum leakage rate is less than 0.13kPa /min.

4.The sealing door adopts safety interlocking device in accordance with the requirements of regulations:

(1) When the door is not closed and locked, the sterilization procedure cannot be started;

(2) when there is pressure in the inner chamber, the sealing door cannot be opened;

5.The seal ring adopts compressed air seal structure design, with good sealing effect and long service life.

6.PID temperature control function, through the selection can automatically correct the heating control parameters, to prevent the occurrence of temperature overshoot.

Note: The self-produced steam sterilizer is equipped with a steam generator and a water pump. The device has the following functions:

(1) the automatic water inlet and water replenishing function of the water pump, so that the water level in the steam generator is controlled within a reasonable range;

(2) when the water level in the steam generator reaches the lowest value of the water level, it can cut off the power supply of the electric heating pipe and give an alarm;

(3) the pressure controller is used to control the pressure in the steam generator, and the safety valve is used to protect the overpressure.
