1 Micro-computer control, automatic testing;
2 Over temperature protection, over pressure protection, water level protection, automatic leakage protection;
3 Two test mode: poach and quick-chilling anti-pressure steam;
4 There are two safety valves with reverse pressure function .When steam pressure is over 0.25MPa, it releases itself to avoid bag breaking.
5 When the inner temperature is up to 140℃, the power cuts off automatically.
6 Overload protection of heater; beep alarm when the cooking is over.

It is applicable in many packaging materials detection of high temperature cooking performance, such as packaging industry, food manufacturers, inspection institution, scientific research institution and medical units.
Technical standard
Adopt the electricity heating method, heat directly after pouring water into cooking chamber. Needed high pressure steam specimen to compress air from the outside after steaming, the temperature of the specimen will decline to 30~40℃, after quick-deep freezing for 3 minutes. It conforms to the standards of GB10004-1998GB21302-200.
