Summary
DRK300 series drop hammer impact tester adopts double tube structure, which mainly consists of worktable, anti-secondary impact mechanism, hammer body, lifting mechanism, automatic drop hammer mechanism, motor, reducer, electronic control box, machine base and so on. It is widely applied to the determination of impact resistance of various plastic pipes, and also to the impact measurement of sheets and profiles. This series of testing machines are widely used in scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, quality inspection departments, production enterprises for drop hammer impact test.
Standard
It meets the requirements of ISO 3127, GB 6112 "Test Method for Impact Resistance of Thermoplastic Pipes and Fittings (Drop Hammer Method)", GB/T 14152 "Test Method for External Impact Resistance of Thermoplastic Pipes - Hourly Rotation Method", GB/T 10002, GB/T 13664, GB/T 16800, MT-558, ISO 4422 and other standards, and meets the requirements of JB/T 9389 for the technical conditions of the testing machine.
By adding special accessories, the requirements of GB/T 11548 (plate) and GB/T 8814 (profile) can be met.
