Main uses:

The mask filter material performance test bench is used to quickly and accurately detect the  flow and other performance indicators of various planar materials, such as glass fiber, PTFE, PET and PP with efficiency, resistance and filtration speed features.

Main features:

1. Pressure difference measurement adopts imported high-precision pressure difference transmitter to accurately measure sample resistance.

2. The efficiency test adopts two laser particle counters of well-known brands in the industry, and simultaneously detects the concentration of particles in the upstream and downstream samples to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the samples adopted in the upstream and downstream

3. The fog system adopts Laskin nozzles to release the multi-dispersed particle size (single dispersed particle size is optional), and the fog concentration can be adjusted quickly and steadily

4. Touch screen control, simple and intuitive operation

5. Test results are automatically calculated and displayed by the system and printed out

6, data port: external storage card, can export data, do not worry about data loss

 

Main technical parameters:

1. The range of test flow was 5 ~ 100L/min (standard condition 32L/min), ±1%

2. Specification of test sample: 100cm 2, various specifications of test fixture can be customized according to customer requirements.

3. Resistance test: range 0 ~ 1500Pa, accuracy up to ±0.025, automatic return to "0" function

4. Efficiency test: efficiency range 0 ~ 99.999%, penetration rate 0.001%.

5. Test particle size: 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25, 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 5.0, 10.0 m (select the corresponding sensor according to customer requirements)

6. Aerosol dust source: salt aerosol (NaCL, KCL,) oil aerosol (DEHS, DOP, PAO) and PSL (when ordering)

7. Test time: resistance was tested separately for 10s, and both efficiency and resistance were tested for 60s

8. Temperature: 0 ~ 50C°,±0.5C°. Humidity: 0 ~ 99%RH,±3%.
