This roller type wear machine, also known as DIN wear machine, is used to determine the wear resistance of rubber tires, rubber shoes, tapes, etc., to identify the quality of rubber products. During the test, the rubber material is rubbed against the gauze on the roller under a certain load to measure the abrasion amount of the sample within the specified stroke. Nowadays, the manufacturers on the market generally use worm gears and worms. The noise is large. Our products are driven by sprocket and have low noise. The product meets the requirements of GB9867, ISO4649 and DIN53516.
