This machine is used for punching and cutting standard rubber specimens before pull test in rubber factories and scientific research institutes. For similar materials, it can also be punched. This machine is controlled by electric motor. It only needs to operate the upper and lower keys of the control box to complete the blanking action.

Method of Use

(1) Put a soft plastic plate on the platform of the base;

(2) placing the sample blank on the plane of the plastic plate;

(3) Place the cutter on the specimen on the workbench so that the cutting edge plane is parallel to the platform of the base;

(4) Press the UP button to control the switch, the table moves upwards, and the platen is in contact with the cutter until the punching is completed to complete the standard sample. Press the DOWN button to control the switch table to move back down, and then directly take out the punched sample.

 This unit produces 1, 2, 3, 4 standard cutters according to the relevant provisions of GB/T528-92 "Determination of tensile properties of vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic rubber".

Attention and Maintenance

 1. The plane of the punching cutting edge should be parallel to the plane of the table. When cutting, the cutting edge should not be in contact with the plane of the table, so as not to damage the cutting edge.

2. After use, the punching cutter should be coated with anti-rust oil to prevent corrosion.

3. It is not easy to use a plastic plate with a hard material under the test plate.

 4. Apply dust cover after use to prevent oil and dust from entering.
