Product Introduction

Universal prototyping machine is mainly used for processing impact, tension, compression, thermal deformation, Vicar energy test standard samples of non-metallic materials such as plastics and plexiglass.

The special cutter (CVD diamond coated cemented carbide cutter) can be used for cutting FRP products, dumbbell-shaped and plane milling, as well as for making notched samples of FRP and resin castings. The machine is equipped with cooling circulating water (anti-rust abrasive pin fluid) to cool the sample in processing, wash away the cutting, lubricate the tools and dies to reduce the wear of grinding wheel and improve the work piece smoothness. For wood-plastic materials, dust collection is used to eliminate environmental pollution caused by dust during processing and reduce the harm to human body. It is a machine tool that pays attention to environmental protection. It is an indispensable sample-making machine for colleges and universities, quality inspection arbitration, scientific research institutes and manufacturers in material testing. The machine is an integral concave stainless steel table. The machine adopts the technology of separating the mould from the milling cutter, which greatly improves the processing accuracy of the sample.
